I so enjoy and look forward to coming "home to Florida" since you have taken over maintaining the property! I used to dread my "butchering" and hacking the shrubs to my preference of manicuring. We reacently purchased a home in Fort Myers and were looking for a company that could perform many services under one roof. After checking with Angie's List and reading the reviews we contacted Rob and Anita Eisner owners of Personal Touch Landscaping and lawn service. We set a date and time. Rob arrived at the appropriate time and we went over a number of items on our check list that we would like to have done. Rob spent almost two hours going over the various items we wanted done. When it was all said and done we decided that the professionalism that Rob presented and the estimates for services were in our best interest.

Since beginning the work on our property we have gotten the communication we desired through constant updates and photos showing us the before and after. Just wonderful to see. I would highly recommend this company for all your landscpaing needs. To add to this post - when we had first met Rob our home had a number of palms loaded with coconuts. A potential hurricane was approaching and I asked Rob if there was anything he could do to take thses potential missles down before the storm. He had the bucket truck at the house that day.

We are so grateful, and have the confidence in Rob, his wife Anita and the Personal Touch team to take care of our needs for years to come.

Hi Rob,
I just wanted to send an extra special thank you for providing the best service this community has ever received. You have done everything you said you would do and more. Dave has been wonderful and dedicated to making sure this project was done well and quickly. Your crew was above and beyond kind, gracious and helpful while on site. Anything I asked them to do (which turned out to be quite a lot) was done with a smile. Every resident I spoke with gushed over how friendly and respectful the guys were and how hard they worked to complete the project the right way.

The Manor was completely re-landscaped within 5 days (trees, plants, mulch). Not only was the project completed so quickly and professionally, but they came back to fertilize and Dave is here walking the property today counting the plants to make sure the bill is correct! And all without hearing the famous "sorry but we need to charge you another 20,000 to complete the job". What a first class company. I know that if a single plant doesn't make it you will make sure it is taken care of without a thought and that is a new experience.

You really do what you say and down here that is like finding a diamond in the sand!!!!

Robin and Elena did a superb job on our landscaping project last Thursday. The quality of plants was excellent and the quality of their work was top notch!
